A dear colleague once called me a S P O N G E. I soak up the new and the next like a big sponge. Typically this results in endless snippets of studies, reports, examples, books and so on stored on too many devices, too many one note pages and most of all a mountain of post-it notes.
This is why I created this platform, a curated collection of all things Customer Experience aiming to inspire you the way it inspires me.
